What is the rental duration?
To comply with county regulations, we are only able to offer mid-term rentals, essentially 30 day / month-long rentals. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shorter weekend stays. If you’re interested in renting long term and unfurnished (e.g. year lease), please contact us.
What amenities are included?
The house is furnished. Linens and bath towels are provided. Our home is furnished with sheets, blankets, pillows, bathing towels, and basic cooking utensils. Starter supplies of soap (bar soap, laundry soap and dish soap) and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) are provided at the beginning of your rental. You may need to bring and/or purchase additional supplies.
For stays of 30 days, we’ll include the costs of utilities (propane, water, electricity, internet) in the rental rate.
For stays of multiple months (30+ days), you’ll be responsible for the costs of utilities (propane, water, electricity). Since utility expenses can vary, we can't include them in the monthly rate. We'll take meter readings at your arrival and monthly thereafter to ensure accuracy. Please note, this is a pass-through cost, and we don’t profit from these expenses. Utility payments will be due each month.
Is the garage available for renters?
The garage is not available for renters. The garage is for the owners’ exclusive use.
Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes, dogs are allowed. More details are in our leasing terms and conditions.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free parking available and there are 3 parking spots shared across the two units. Guests do not have access to the garage as that is for the owners’ exclusive use.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, high speed Wi-FI s available.
